Mount Rushmore National Memorial embraces a holistic approach to its food and beverage program named Fresh Forward. Our program provides guests with sustainable and healthy choices while delivering great taste. For healthy and sustainable food and beverage offerings, Fresh Forward considers the types of products offered, agricultural methods, processing, packaging, and transportation, as well as the manner in which we prepare, serve and present to our guests.
